Thrive 2009 Team reflection
It has been two weeks since Thrive 2009 and the Thrive team is nearly recovered. In this time we have reviewed and reflected, debriefed and critiqued, contemplated and complimented…all in an effort to improve Thrive for 2010. We have found much that worked and some that needs to be tweaked. However,as the rookie director for this conference who didn’t begin until Nov. of last year, there is one thing that I am most thrilled about. Upon stepping into this position I asked our Father to give all who attended Thrive a personal experience with Him at their points of need. That is exactly what happened and I am most grateful to an ever faithful Father.
