What Kind of Leader Are You?

So I was in a conversation the other day with my wife about various leadership roles. After finishing my part of the discussion she said, “Why have you never said it that way before”? Of course, I had no good answer. So I thought maybe I’d share it with you…4 different leadership types/areas of focus:

1) Originators….love ideas, vision, future, potential, not yet existing stuff

2) Implementers….love execution, strategic focus, making it happen

3) Developers…love maximizing, making things better, increasing effectiveness and efficiency

4) Sustainers…love healthy worlds, creating hope and vitality that is ongoing.
